beachfront bliss
beach location massage service
i loved the location near the beach and many options for sunbathing. the massage services helped with my tense muscles, it was good. the pool area had available loungers and the staff helped with any inquiries.
The gym was small. i would not call it a gym. the coffee tasted bad at breakfast.

staff provided assistance with luggage quickly. front desk personnel were very responsive and i was greeted with a smile. room service delivered meals within the promised timeframe and followed my requests.

The hotel has easy access to the beach. there are several restaurants near the hotel. public transportation is readily accessible from the hotel entrance. It makes exploring the area convenient.

the hotel has a large outdoor pool that is well kept. there are designated smoking areas away from common spaces. the hotel offers complimentary parking and my car was safely secured.

the breakfast buffet offered a lot of options for everyone. the on-site restaurant serves both thai and western dishes, and it was great! the restaurant also has outdoor seating.

green hue balcony doors
the room was very spacious and i found the beach close to the hotel.
i had issues with the pool. it had a green hue upon my arrival and was under maintenance. despite closure signs, some guests used it. it took several days for the pool's color to return to normal. also, the doors to the balcony were hard to keep locked.

loud air conditioning subpar fruit
the staff was helpful when i requested extra towels.
The air conditioning in the room was excessively loud. additionally, the breakfast buffet presented limited options, and the quality was subpar. The fruit tasted old , and the hot dishes lacked flavor.
